One Brew Two Returns Policy
Enjoy peace of mind with our hassle-free returns policy. We strive to make the returns process as wonderful as any coffee or tea making experience should be!
After purchase you have a full 30 day window to return your purchase. In order to be eligible please note the conditions below:
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of your order, and you must contact One Brew Two prior to returning the product.
- It should appear 'as new,' unused, and free from any signs of wear, tear, or damage, all tags and product stickers must remain in place.
- Please ensure that the original product packaging is protected when sent back, do not place any stickers on the original packaging.
- Freight charges will be at the customer's expense, unless in the situation of damaged or faulty goods.
- Please include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order with your return.
- Please contact onebrewtwo@gmail.com to start your refund process. We will provide you with instructions and return address.
- No returns on sale items, unless damaged or faulty.
Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your order is damaged during transit, arrives faulty, or contains an incorrect item that doesn't match the product description, we're here to make it right promptly. Please notify us via onebrewtwo@gmail.com or the online contact form within 3 business days of receiving your order. We'll kick-start the hassle-free return process.
